As Click is a web based system, it works on any device with internet access. So a laptop, PC, tablet or smartphone can all run Click. Click is designed to work on all such devices but bear in mind there are certain areas which you probably wouldn't use on a smartphone or a device with a small screen, for example creating a letter or doing your invoicing.
At Blue Zinc we recommend you use Google Chrome as your browser - some things in Click just work better in it. If you can't use Google Chrome, please make sure your browser is up-to-date. So use Internet Explorer 11+, Firefox 29+ or Safari 5+.
A note to Android users - we've found that the default Android browser (used in older versions of Android) can be quite slow in places - so we highly recommend you download Google Chrome from the Google Play store - it's free and definitely worth it!
Your data is stored on a secure server within a secure data centre in the UK so you never have to worry about backing it up. In addition, Click also uses SSL Encryption to ensure all your data cannot be intercepted or altered.
We have a range of packages for everyone, the features in each are set out on the homepage.
It's very simple to change plan, you simply do this within the system itself, in the 'My Account' section.
If you're on one of the paid for packages, you simply pay by credit card for the monthly amount.
Click is designed to be very intuitive and easy to use, with a host of simple features. However if you do need any assistance, Click has a comprehensive knowledge base and help section or you can submit a query online from within Click and our team will answer your query online.
There are no long contracts with Click, you simply sign up on a monthly basis. So if you wish to cancel you just need to give us 30 days' notice.
The data you put into the system belongs to you, so you can always get your data out at any time. You simply export your data before your contract ends which can be done from within Click itself via the simple Export tool.
There is no minimum contract with Click so you can cancel at any time. Your next scheduled payment is then cancelled so you can use the system until then and you have time to export your data.

• Information about your computer and your visits to and use of this website, such as your geographical location, IP address, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views.
• Information relating to any purchases of TM2 services or goods, information you provide to us in the course of registering with us either via the website or in person.
• Information you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and or newsletters. Any information that you choose to send to us.
• Information to collect payment for all products or services you purchase, such as Direct Debit or Credit Card information. Note that we do not store Credit or Debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Your data is hosted on Blue Zinc owned servers, which are running in UK Data Centres. The Data Centres are ISO27001 Certified, which means they provide certified and industry recognised levels of information security management.
Your data is backed up once daily to our secondary Data Centre. Near real time backups are being introduced later this year.
Any time your data is sent to your Web Browser or Device, it is encrypted using HTTPS, which is the standard for all internet data transmission.
Only you can access your data. Appropriately trained and vetted members of staff at Blue Zinc have access to the servers that your data is on. Under the instruction of you, our Click support staff can access data within your databases for support purposes only - this helps us manage your service well and provide great support.
As well as making Click, Blue Zinc also have another Practice Management system called TM2, which is aimed at larger clinics used by over 1500 clinics in the UK, Ireland and Australia, including large hospital chains such as Nuffield. We have over 10 years of experience in clinic management software and also provide industry wide software to the main UK insurers, and as such meet high levels of compliance with security best practice. So for your small Click monthly fee, you get all that expertise included!
